Amir Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides internet connectivity, custom software development, and IT consultation and support services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to amirtechnologies.com, our customer services, and the software tools we build and operate for our clients and brands.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you provide when you enquire about or sign up for our services — name, email address, phone number, and business name.
- Service and billing information needed to deliver and invoice our services, such as service address, connection details, and payment records.
- Technical data collected automatically when you use our website or network services — IP address, device and browser information, and service logs used for security, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
- Business data processed in client projects. When we build or operate software for a client, the data inside that system belongs to the client. We process it only on the client’s instructions and for the agreed purpose.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and support the services you have requested.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service changes.
- To invoice and collect payment for services.
- To secure our network and systems, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve our services. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
3. Google user data and Google API services
Some of the software tools we build and operate connect to Google services (for example the Google Ads API and Google Workspace APIs) on behalf of the business account that owns the data. For these integrations:
- We access only the data needed for the tool’s stated purpose — for example, reading daily advertising cost figures for reporting dashboards used internally by the account owner’s own staff.
- Google user data is stored securely on the relevant tool’s own server, is used only to provide the tool’s functionality to the account owner, and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, credit assessment, or any purpose unrelated to the tool’s functionality.
- Access can be revoked at any time by the account owner from their Google account’s security settings, and we delete stored data on request.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies and basic analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
5. Sharing of information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate (for example hosting and payment providers), under obligations of confidentiality;
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We never sell personal information.
6. Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it. We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices; access is limited to staff who need it for their work.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing obligation to keep it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on our website.
